Blog Update - July 2026

History keeps showing that everything is cyclical. Standalone blogs are back in fashion, and RSS is such a convenient way to read both for yourself and for a personal AI assistant.

Also, it was time to keep a promise I made to my friends at assume birch.

So, thanks to friends and new technologies, this site now has:

• its own Hugo theme, Dragon Lab, which you can already see right here on this blog;
• a new background design and identity elements by alek_wolis, whose first concept appeared several years ago;
• a skill for creating Hugo themes from a screenshot, Hugo Theme From Design.
